Vulcan's Women in Manufacturing Group

The Vulcan Ladies in Focus Together (LIFT) group is led by women, volunteer employees. We aim to be the voice for an inclusive and supportive workplace for all women at Vulcan. Working together, we can support and empower women in their daily work roles and challenges. Our goal is to create a judgment-free space where women of Vulcan can come together as a community to share their experiences, ideas, and insights, increase the percentage of female employees at Vulcan, and retain them by providing the necessary support and resources. We also strive to illuminate pathways to increase women in managerial roles and encourage equality in pay and opportunities.
